PollyDash is a private, internal application operated by Dynamic Dental Solutions LLC for its own business operations. It is not offered to the public.

• What the app accesses: Only the Google account of its owner and authorized employees of Dynamic Dental Solutions LLC — specifically Gmail and Google Calendar data — for the purpose of personal and business productivity automation.
• What we do with it: Data is read solely to generate reports and messages for the account owner. It is never sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or retained beyond what is needed to perform those functions.
• Revoking access: Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
